“Sunny Garden” complex is situated outside the village of Kosharitsa and near the largest Black Sea resort - Sunny Beach at the foot of the Balkan Mountain. The complex is 30 minutes away from the Bourgas airport and 6 km north of Sunny Beach. The region combines the natural resources of sea and mountain, guaranteeing a healthy vacation away from the busy lifestyle. All houses are facing the old town of Nessebar, which is in the UNESCO list of the Cultural Heritage of the World since 1983.

"Sunny Garden" is a private complex, which consists of 6 pairs of single-family houses (type A) and 5 houses with 6 two-room apartments (type B). Each house has it's private lawn and parking spaces. Construction of pool or barbecue is possible at the client's request.
